Meshchansky Court Postponed Hearings On Khodorkovsky's Case
During the opening session of pre-trial hearings, the prosecution requested additional time to review case documents. Irina Kolesnikova, the Meshchansky Court judge presiding over the case, postponed the hearing until June 8. Judge Kolesnikova said several pages are missing from the indictment documents.
