Russian Court Rules Against Merging Yukos and MENATEP Cases
The Meshchansky Court refused to combine the cases of Platon Lebedev and Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Judge Irina Kolesnikova justified the decision by saying there is no reason to believe the respective trials will be unfair if considered separately.
