Moscow Bar Association Suggests Khodorkovsky's Lawyers Appeal to Constitutional Court
The Moscow Bar Association has recommended to Mikhail Khodorkovsky's defence lawyers for that they appeal to the Russian Constitutional Court for redress of the unlawful seizure of defence files. Personel at the Matrosskaya Tishina prison, where Mr. Khodorkovsky is being held, confiscated the documents from lawyers Yevgeny Baru, Yuri Schmidt, and Olga Artyukhova.
