Yukos Tycoons Appeal to Strasbourg
The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg said it has agreed to consider complaints filed by Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Alexei Pichugin and Platon Lebedev. Although a "decision on admissibility will not be taken in the immediate future," the court may decide on interim measures in Lebedev's case because of allegations that his health is failing in detention.
