Lebedev Moved to Punishment Cell for Breaking Prison Rules – Official

Head of MENATEP group Platon Lebedev was moved from a general cell at his detention facility to a punishment cell for a week, a high-ranking official from the Federal Service for Corrective Institutions said. "The decision was made by the chief of the detention facility because Lebedev had broken the rules of confinement and was rude to the prison administration," he said.
