Khodorkovsky's Lawyers Say Were Denied Access To Client: Three days after the appeals court upheld Khodorkovsky’s guilty verdict, he was denied access to two of his lawyers. The lawyers were denied access to their clients September 26 on grounds that the prison had yet to receive official notification that the appeal court had upheld their conviction.
