’We, the victims of the Beslan tragedy, are extremely worried about your physical well-being’
Dear Mikhail Borisovich,
We, the victims of the Beslan tragedy, are extremely worried about your physical well-being. We are forever grateful to you on behalf of the children in Beslan, who are studying at your school. No one but you in this whole country ever thought of opening a school like this one. It’s a token of your high morals and good heart.
The present authorities do not care about the future of our country. In their indefensible cruelty, they gave up any moral – not to mention legal - principals a long time ago. The Beslan tragedy and their treatment of you speak are proof enough. We are extremely worried about you and we are not just asking, we are imploring you to cancel your hunger strike.
We need you to be alive and in good health. Mikhail Borisovich, please listen to this plea from the mothers whose children were killed by the authorities.
We would be very happy to know that you have cancelled your hunger strike.
With great respect and hope,
NGO ‘The Voice of Beslan’
