Moscow Court of Arbitration has postponed until 25 June 2008 proceedings in the Apatit case between Federal Estate and company FosAgro, since one member of the court did not appear at the hearing.

The Moscow Arbitration Court has redirected lawsuit against Rosneft subsidiaries to its regional branches. The plaintiffs are requesting that rights of partial ownership to a network of YUKOS petrol stations, in particular 20 stations in the Penza Region and 30 stations and filling station complexes in the Tambov Region, be declared no longer applicable.

In an interview for Sobesednik, Andrei Illarionov Russian economist and former Putin adviser, states that he supports the campaign for an alternative Russian Parliament. Illarionov criticises the corruption at state level, he adds that following the privatization of Rosneft, the state budget did not receive anything, while the auctions of companies like Sibneft, Yukos and Norilsk Nickel, despite the many irregularities in sometimes false auctions, brought revenues to the State budget.
