Moscow's Zamoskvoretsky court is expected to rule on May 29 on a plea from the Investigative Committee with the Prosecutor General's office concerning the actions of Natalia Lechbinskaya, a lawyer involved in the legal aspects of the Yukos oil company bankruptcy.
Moscow city court press secretary Anna Usachyova told Interfax that Zamoskvoretsky court has received a request to rule whether there were aspects of any offense in Lechbinskaya's actions. She said the court will hear the case on May 29.
Investigators want to know the court's opinion whether Lechbinskaya could be charged with fraud and abuse of power.
