Marina Filippovna Khodorkovsky: 'I cannot fault the pretrial detention centre'
In her words, the information presented this week in the newspaper Tvoy den is not true.
The real answers given by Mrs Khodorkovsky have nothing in common with what was published in Tvoy den. The mother of the former head of Yukos did not say a word to journalists about her son complaining about his health, or about the administration of the detention facility ill-treating him. Moreover, Marina Filippovna said, there are no grounds to talk of depression and inner turmoil, as reported by Tvoy den to its readers. “My son’s morale is good, he’s in fighting spirits, and I cannot fault the staff of the pretrial detention centre,” said Mrs Khodorkovsky.
