Yesterday Kommersant published an article about the reaction of the European Court of Human Rights to Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s second appeal. The author of “Russia to be cross-examined over the Khodorkovsky affair”, Vladislav Trifonov, described his source, Drew Hollinger, as one of Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s lawyers.
