Inna Khodorkovskaya Decides Not to Run for State Duma

Inna Khodorkovskaya has gratefully declined an offer from a municipal council in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to stand for a seat in the Sate Duma in the municipality’s one-candidate constituency.

Khodorkovskaya thanked the council for the offer, describing it as a demonstration of support and trust for her husband, Mikhail Khodorkovsky. However, as Khodorkovskaya has no plans to become involved in politics, she opted not to participate in the election.
