’I protest against the practice of unlawful examinations’

Yesterday, before a meeting with Mikhail Khodorkovsky, his lawyer, Karinna Moskalenko, was subjected to an unlawful examination. In her telegram to the director of the Federal Penitentiary Service, Y. I. Kalinin, the lawyer gave an account of what had happened and protested against the actions of employees at the prison.
