The Council of Moscow's Board of Attorneys has decided not to disbar Karina Moskalenko, a lawyer for former Yukos head Mikhail Khodorkovsky.

The Council has rejected a request filed by the Federal Registration Service, Board of Attorneys President Genry Reznik told Interfax.

Earlier the Board of Attorneys' Qualification Commission recommended that the Council reject the request, which was filed by the Federal Registration Service on instructions from the Prosecutor General's Office.
