Khodorkovsky’s appeal against remand in custody to be considered on February 22.
On February 22, Chita’s regional court is to consider Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s defence’s appeal against the Ingodinsky regional court’s February 7 ruling that he should be held in prison while awaiting trial. The defense considers the ruling illegal and ungrounded, and will seek to have it annulled.
